The Organization of Latino/a Employees (OLÉ) is an affinity group for Illinois State University employees who self- identify as Latino/a or Hispanic. We strive to create a culture of respect and social justice at Illinois State University. Our mission is to provide a sense of community for each other and to advocate for a more equitable and inclusive university.

We advocate on behalf of Latino/a/x individuals and groups, OLE will strive to achieve the following objectives:
- Provide a sense of community and a voice for change.
- Advocate for the needs of Latino/a/x employees.
- Create opportunities for professional development and networking.
- Increase awareness of issues affecting Latino/a/x employees.
- Assist in the recruitment, retention, and accessibility of Latino/a/x employees and students.
